Operations Manager with a desire for leadership, responsibility and development.

You will be responsible for our operational and customer-related projects and will be involved in
plan, follow up and ensure progress in collaboration with both customers and colleagues. One of
of your first major projects will be to implement and drive the work with SLAs on
support cases to ensure even better customer experiences, alignment of expectations and
prioritisation.

Therefore, experience in project management and process optimisation is a clear advantage.

You don’t necessarily need to have many years of management experience – the most important thing is that you want to
leadership and are motivated by developing people, structure and solutions in a company with strong values and an ambitious purpose.

Your everyday life at SOLID IT

As an Operations Manager, you will have a varied workday with a focus on operations, management and development.

• Lead and develop our support and consulting team
• Ensure staffing and coordinate daily operations
• Have ongoing customer dialogue and follow up on tasks and cases
• Drive and follow up on operational and customer projects
• Implement and maintain SLAs for support cases in close dialogue with customers and the team
• Optimise internal processes and strengthen knowledge and experience sharing
• Participate in onboarding of new employees and customers
• Contribute to invoicing, reporting and quotation preparation
• Implement strategic and tactical initiatives in collaboration with management

Reporting directly to our CEO, you will have ample opportunity to influence the direction of both operations and team development.
