Each license can be used for one email address. However, the Microsoft 365 licenses we offer on this page allow you to use them on up to 5 devices per license. This means you can easily use your Office apps on a computer, a phone, and a tablet — or install Office on both your home computer and your office computer. It makes working outside the office incredibly easy.

Absolutely. You can download the official Microsoft 365 apps from your phone or tablet’s app store, allowing you to work directly from your device—whether it’s an iPhone, iPad, Android, or Windows Phone. You can also log in through a browser if you’ve forgotten your computer at home or at the office. Of course, this requires that your Microsoft 365 tenant is set up correctly from a security perspective — and we’re happy to help with that.

We handle all installations related to your Microsoft 365 licenses. If you already have a solid setup, we won’t touch it. However, there may be cases where it makes sense to start fresh with a clean installation of your computers. We’ll discuss that once we’ve gained an understanding of your current IT environment.

As a customer of ours, we’ll create or remove employee accounts whenever you need it. The only requirement is that the employee has a license—something we’re happy to help you with as well.

That depends on how your emails are set up today. If your company is already using Microsoft 365 licenses, nothing will happen to your existing emails. If you’re using a local Exchange server or another on-premise solution, some work is required to migrate everything to Microsoft 365. We have extensive experience in moving data from servers to the cloud, and we’ll guide you through the entire process.

Microsoft 365 licenses are subscription-based, and all updates are included in the license price. Updates are rolled out automatically to your company’s computers. In some cases, the user may need to complete the update themselves — but that’s no different from before. If you need software that isn’t included in your Microsoft 365 license, you’ll of course need to purchase those programs separately.

Well, then it’s just as easy as moving them to us. Technically, you own your licenses — we’re simply the partner attached to them. So you’re completely free to move them elsewhere if you’re not satisfied. We don’t lock you in with contracts, so you’re never stuck with us. But if you’re unhappy, we encourage you to reach out so we can talk about how to resolve the challenges together.

Yes, you can. We review your licenses every year before renewal to ensure you’re only paying for what you actually use. If you wish to cancel a Microsoft license, you can do so according to the cancellation terms in your agreement with Microsoft. You can choose between a 1-, 12-, or 36-month commitment period.

Absolutely — you can scale your licenses both up and down. If you want to upgrade to a more expensive license, you can do that at any time. If you want to switch to a cheaper license, the change will take effect at your next renewal. We’re happy to help with any questions you have about your licenses, and we review them annually to ensure you’re only paying for what you need.

It can be difficult to navigate the new licenses when you’re used to what you have today and they’re not direct one-to-one replacements.
