Our WordPress operation and hosting includes hosting on WordPress-optimised servers, ongoing security updates, backup, monitoring, malware scanning, firewall, support and maintenance of WordPress, plugins and themes.
Depending on the package, we also include performance optimisation, priority support, remote backup and technical advice.

We update WordPress core, plugins and themes continuously. On our Standard and Premium packages, we review updates at least every fortnight and implement critical security updates as soon as possible.
If a website is compromised, we help identify the problem, restore backups and get the site up and running again. We work proactively with security monitoring, malware scanning and updates to minimise the risk of attacks.
On our Standard packages we offer 30 days of backup and on Premium packages we offer extended backup history with the option to backup up to 90 days back. Premium also includes external backup, so backups are separate from the hosting environment itself.
