In addition to the donations, Microsoft also offers discounts of up to 75% on additional licences, enabling larger civil society organisations to standardise their IT platform without breaking the budget.

Clubs and voluntary organisations can achieve significant savings on hardware through various discount deals. Refurbished computers from professional suppliers offer 30-40% savings compared to new devices, often with great warranty terms and performance.
