Our remanufactured computers deliver up to 100% of the performance of brand-new equipment, and refurbished devices deliver up to 50% of new performance. For typical office work — email, web, and Office applications — you won’t notice any difference. And with a 3-year warranty, you’re just as well covered as when buying new.
You have a 3-year warranty on all equipment, and because we’re your IT partner, we know your setup and can help immediately. Our Danish support team is available every weekday.
TEQcycle Premium+ is produced at their own factory in Estonia, where computers are rebuilt from the ground up. Used devices are purchased in large batches, all data is securely wiped, and the computers are disassembled so that components can be tested for functionality and wear by skilled technicians. Usable parts are then used to rebuild the computers to high standards. The keyboard, screen, and entire unit are sanded and polished, and the top and bottom receive a completely renewed surface coating. Each device then undergoes extended functional checks and testing to ensure the highest possible quality.
Remanufactured is a Lenovo sub-brand and a collective term for all LENOVO surplus products that have undergone thorough inspection, quality assurance, and preparation for resale. This gives you access to the latest Lenovo technology at a reduced price — allowing you to save up to 30% compared to the price of a comparable new Lenovo product. Remanufactured devices are typically returned demo units or excess production from the manufacturer. Other products may be customer returns related to cancelled orders or acquired through trade-in programs. LENOVO Remanufactured products are of high quality and often like new, fully refurbished and tested by certified technicians.
All equipment undergoes certified data wiping that meets military standards. You receive documentation confirming that all previous data has been permanently removed. We take data security very seriously.

What is refurbished hardware?
Refurbished hardware, also called refurbished or reconditioned IT equipment, is professionally rebuilt electronics that have been used before. At Solid IT, we specialise in enterprise-grade refurbished computers, laptops, servers and network equipment for NGOs and SMEs.
Quality and certification
All our refurbished IT equipment goes through an extensive refurbishment process. We only work with Grade A hardware – that means maximum light traces of use and 100% functionality. Our certified technicians test every single component: processor, RAM, hard drive/SSD, graphics card, motherboard and power supply.

Data erasure is critical for refurbished hardware. We use certified data erasure according to military standards or physical destruction. All hard drives and SSDs are written through a minimum of 3 times. You receive documentation of secure data erasure for each device.
