IT Supporter with drive and interest in Microsoft 365

As we are experiencing an influx of new customers and therefore more exciting tasks, we are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about providing excellent service and professional handling of their daily IT challenges. Our customers are primarily located in the Greater Copenhagen area and they mean everything to us. So are you outgoing and curious about technology, and do you live for the best customer experience? The job

You can expect varied work assignments, and in almost all cases, you should expect a high degree of customer contact. Our customer relationships are personal and we work closely with our customers.

Typical work tasks could be:

  • Support and project tasks either at customer sites or from the office.
  • Troubleshoot and handle technical IT issues via phone support and email
  • Preparation of guides and documentation.
  • Installations, upgrades and migrations in Microsoft On-Premises and Cloud-based environments.
  • Develop and maintain standards for implementing SOLID-IT services based on the Modern Work Place platform from Microsoft and other relevant tools used to deliver services in SOLID-IT.
  • Configuration and migration to Microsoft’s Modern Work Place platform, including Device Management with Intune and Autopilot.
  • Active contributor on internal and customer projects.
  • Keeping up to date on the technical platform at Microsoft, as well as communicating new opportunities and features to customers and for internal use.
  • Help maintain our partnership with Microsoft by continuously taking relevant certifications.
  • Delivering 1st class service to our customers.

Your profile

You are expected to have experience as an IT Supporter and have a strong interest in working with the Microsoft 365 platform, as well as a driving licence and a car.

You take responsibility and work systematically and in a structured way in your everyday life, and are ready for new challenges in a small company with a high ceiling. It’s important to us that we’re comfortable and professional, while remembering to enjoy ourselves.

Christian has been working with computers since primary school, where he helped customers in Hvidovre with their IT. He has handled everything from small tasks to large projects, and today he has over 20 years of experience in IT support.

Peter

Peter is a Data Technician specializing in infrastructure and actually started as an apprentice at SOLID IT. He is known for his curiosity and persistence, which enables him to crack the code on complex problems and solve highly complicated tasks.a

Leonard

Leonard is an apprentice at SOLID IT, training as a Data Technician with a specialization in infrastructure over the next 4.5 years. He handles support calls and learns to solve IT needs as he progresses through his studies.

Mikkel

Mikkel has worked with IT since 1992, when he hacked programs for Windows 3.0. He later worked as a graphic designer and trained as an electrician. Today he has over 30 years of experience in networking, infrastructure, video surveillance, and IT security.

Mikkel

Mikkel (yes, another one!) recently completed his IT Support education and now continues in that role at SOLID IT. He has always been passionate about IT and loves finding solutions that optimize workflows and processes.

Mike Isborg

Mike is an IT Support apprentice at SOLID IT. He has a background as a chef and construction worker but has now chosen to combine his interest in IT with training as an IT Supporter.

Andreas


Andreas is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in system administration and Microsoft solutions. He has worked on a wide range of tasks and has many years of experience delivering effective and reliable IT solutions to businesses.

Sofus Rossing


Sofus comes from the private welfare sector, where he has 15+ years of leadership experience. He has extensive experience in running customer-centric organizations and will focus on ensuring an optimal customer journey and developing the best IT support, operations, and advisory team at SOLID IT.

Jonas Boolsen


Jonas has worked in the IT industry since 1999, when he began his career as a consultant at Fujitsu. Since then, he has worked with the operation and hosting of corporate IT solutions, specializing in infrastructure consulting — and he founded SOLID IT almost 10 years ago.
