Your Skills and Tasks
We are looking for a profile that embraces both the technical aspects and the great customer experience. It is a plus if you recognize yourself in the following:
Platforms: Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) as well as Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
Management & Cloud: Knowledge of Modern Workplace technologies such as Intune, Autopilot and Azure AD / Entra ID.
Support & Operations: You are used to IT support (1st and 2nd level), troubleshooting, user management and both remote and onsite support.
Hardware & Setup: Experience with PC preparation, printer setup and general hardware installation.
Process: You work in a structured way with incident handling, documentation and creating guides.
